Ordering

Q: How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A: A confirmation page with your order number will load after you submit your order. If you provided a valid email address during the Checkout process, you will receive two emails after your order is placed. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has shipped and contains your shipment tracking number.

Q: Can I make changes to my online order?

A: We pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

Q: When is my order shipped?

A: In stock items usually ship within two business days (48 hours) from when you place your order. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location.

Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A: Your order number and shipment tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.

    Q: Do I pay sales tax?

    A: We will collect sales tax on all purchases sent within the state of New York. No sales tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of New York.

     

    Gift Options

    Q: Do you gift wrap?

    A: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer gift wrapping on our orders. 

    Q: How do I use my E Gift Card?

    A: E Gift Cards can be redeemed for online purchases at wonderhomefectory.com by entering the E Gift Card number during checkout. When using an E Gift Card, please keep the number saved. If you choose to return any of the merchandise purchased with it, the value of the merchandise will be credited back onto your gift card.

    Q: How do I check the balance of my E-Gift Card?

    A: If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, please email us at Keith@sdwonder.com

    Promo Codes

    Q: Can I use a promo code?

    A: Yes! If there is an active promotion which requires the use of a promo code it can be entered in the designated box in your shopping bag or during the checkout process. Promotions run for a limited time. Quantities may be limited. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards. Only one promo code can be used on an order at a time.
